For many car enthusiasts, the third generation of Mazda's popular RX-7 series' optimizes 90's Japanese sports car styling. Refined, flowing lines and subtle curves make the FD an iconic and eye-catching car which will undoubtedly be remembered as one of Japan's finest. The way it looks is only half the story though, as Mazda set aside years of research and development to make the FD as formidable a car on the track as it was in the showroom. It features a lightweight chassis with near 50:50 weight distribution and a sequential twin-turbo setup that was revolutionary at the time. It came equipped with arguably the best rendition of Mazda's 13B rotary engine which produced over 250hp from the factory. These advancements allowed the FD to well and truly compete with the heavyweights of the Japanese sports car industry like Toyota’s Supra and the Nissan GT-R. In the eyes of enthusiasts the FD represents so much more than this though, it remains the pinnacle of rotary-engine sports cars to this day and embodies Japanese refinement with the savagery of an 8000rpm beast hiding beneath that beautiful exterior.

It comes with a fresh professional open-door respray in Mazda's captivating Radiant Ebony Mica - deep purple with a subtle golden fleck. It's equipped with a host of period-correct body modifications including the now discontinued Knight Sports V4 bumper and SEXY Style sideskirts which really help this car to stand out amongst the crowd. Rolling on extra-wide Advan RG D2's and TEIN coilovers, it not only looks the part but also handles like a dream.
